Shipping and Tracking Information
When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, the production usually takes 3-5 business days (maximum of 7 business days) for engraved products like wood watch, pocket watch and wallet insert. Once the item ships, the tracking information will be emailed to you automatically. Delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 8-20 business days
- Canada: 10-25 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Note that orders of multiple items may ship separately for expediency, but there's no extra charge for this beyond the usual multi-item shipping rates. If you order more than one item from us then most likely the items will arrive in separate packages. They will also sometimes arrive on different days. The delivery time of your product is stated on the product page. Just remember that it is normal for your order to arrive in separate packages.
In addition, in some rare cases, we will have to contact you via email to confirm your order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before we send it to production. It may take 1-3 business days more than normal (depends on how fast we receive your answer emails).

I'VE RECEIVED CERTAIN ITEMS, BUT NOT ALL ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?
We ship our products from different warehouses around the world, and always do our best to ship your items from the closest warehouse to your location. However, this might mean that some items arrive on different dates than others, as they are shipped from different warehouses. We are constantly working on stocking up our warehouses with as many products as we can, but you can probably imagine this is not always possible with such a large selection of products. Rest assured, you will get all your items.
WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems many times will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems. International shipping usually takes 2 up to 4 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you'll receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
